The PVP PrincipleHere in Pinoy PC we look at things both in terms of function and price. The mentality of having a high budget certainly would get you the best in the market is common. We already know that allocating an extremely huge budget for components would yield the current fastest computer.
However, that is not our aim here. Our principle is simple. The PVP Principle - Performance, Value and Practicability. We consider these three factors before we may mark a certain component "Certified : PVP". In short, we go for things that is friendly on the pocket and at the same time giving a sleek performance. Not exactly the fastest but the most you can get for your money. In short, the most BANG-FOR-THE-BUCK is what we're looking for. Performance - not exactly the top of the line, but certainly of formidable quality Value - with the least cost Practicability - relate Performance and Value ratios... and you'll get what's practical! That's the PVP Principle. |
